Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at RedBeat. We proudly fulfill orders through Zendrop to bring you high-quality products globally. Our primary markets are Malaysia, the United States, and Canada. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we support your order.

🚚 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Zendrop does not allow cancellations once orders enter production or are shipped.

🔁 Returns

We do not require returned items unless explicitly stated. Zendrop does not ask for items to be returned due to the high cost of international returns. Instead, we provide refunds or replacements based on the issue and supporting evidence.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Order never arrived (no tracking, expired in transit)
    • USA: Refund or resend after 45 days
    • Malaysia/Canada: Refund or resend after 60 days
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
    • Photo or video proof required within 30 days of delivery
  • Wrong item received or missing items
    • Photo/video proof required within 30 days of delivery
  • Item marked delivered but not received

    • A non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required for all three countries to process a refund or resend

To initiate a refund or replacement, contact us at shalini@redbeat.store with the following:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Photo or video proof of the issue
  3. A short description of the problem

We’ll escalate the case to Zendrop and take care of the resolution.

⏱️ Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

❗ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
  • Item marked as delivered but no proof of non-receipt
  • Subscription charges after credits are used
