Thank you for choosing Redbeat! We're committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. We proudly ship using Zendrop, our trusted fulfillment partner, to our key markets: Malaysia, the United States, and Canada.

Shipping Countries:
We currently ship to the United States 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, and Malaysia 🇲🇾.

💰 Taxes & Import Duties

🇺🇸 United States

  • Orders are shipped Duty Paid (DDP) via Zendrop.
  • No additional customs duties or import fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • US sales tax is not charged at this time as we do not have a tax nexus in the US.
  • If your state requires tax collection in the future, we will update this policy.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Orders are shipped Duty Paid (DDP) via Zendrop.
  • No customs brokerage fees, import duties, or taxes will be charged at delivery — these are covered before shipment.

🇲🇾 Malaysia

  • Orders are shipped Duty Paid (DDP) via Zendrop.
  • No import duties or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • 6% SST is not separately charged as it is covered in the product price under DDP.
  • A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be applied to all orders within Malaysia if applicable. This will appear at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Malaysia. Shipping availability may vary based on the product.

⏳ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times by Country

Based on Zendrop's latest data:

  • 🇺🇸 United States:  7-15 business days (8.5 days average delivery)
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 10-20 business days (11.1 days average delivery)
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia: 10-20 business days (7.4 days average delivery)

Please note: Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier issues.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary by product weight and destination
  • Each item has individual shipping rates (not per order)

🔎 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

❌ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Zendrop may offer one free replacement or refund if your package:

  • Has no tracking or expires in transit beyond these limits:
  • USA: after 45 days
  • Malaysia & Canada: after 60 days
  • Is marked as delivered but not received (requires a non-delivery certificate from your local postal provider)
  • Is damaged or arrives defective (proof required: photo or video)

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by customs or couriers
